I mean, if you sell wheels that break as often as the reserves do, you kind of HAVE to provide lifetime warranty replacements.

The second generation of the Santa Cruz Megatower comes three years after the launch in 2019 and builds on the success of its predecessor. With some exciting new features and refined geometry, fans of the old bike may have a new favorite and those looking for an enduro bike can put this one at the top of their list. For a bike that is targeted at big rides and demanding terrain, Santa Cruz has upped the level for what to expect out of an enduro bike in terms of capability and all-day comfort. Highlights Carbon fiber (C and CC options)...

Status is alloy. Sooo that’s not a good point. It’s a bummer that SC doesn’t offer mid level alloy builds like the SJ EVO. Would that be worth $5600?

Okay rad bike but the pricing is getting ridiculous. $5600 with NX components, throwaway rims and G2 brakes?! I own a SC and love it but wow this is a little out of control. Awesome specialized has the status. That build would be 5k with SC at the moment

No thanks. It’s $20. And their “bead dropper” is like $30. For a 1/4 of the price you can use a strap, cut a plastic tire lever to the flat part and duck tape a handle on it. I use an old oneup frame strap if the tire is unwilling to mount by hand.

Let's just hope it is a frictionless, crank based, retro-fittable gearbox with AXS to tick all my boxes.

Because Dave Camp is a RockShox suspension engineer, and says not to. I'd trust him over some forum 'experts' any day.

Gents, Wonder if you’re interested in moving this pissing match to another thread, I couldn’t care less about your thoughts on which you believe is easier or harder to ride. Keep your feelings somewhere else please. I am interested in more info on that updated Boxxxer I keep seeing…you know, new tech and such Also, the updated Zeb, buttercups and all that, when will we see those forks on bikes? Got a 22 Spire coming, and it would be cool if it was the the newest and greatest gadget
