Seems to me tech, particularly batteries/motors, are going to advance a lot quicker than bike development or at least manufacturers' willingness to try new technology. So you have them trying to thread some imginary needle/demand with a bike like the Decoy SN using what's already available. We had a working pinion w/transmission a year ago. I have to assume bike...
New Decoy is a bit of a let down to me. I totally understand the desire to fill the gap between SL and full power, but the middle ground leads to a bike that's ok for most things and not great at any one thing. Either blow peoples minds and go full DH sled with that motor/battery set up, or...
I don't know if there's a market for light and long travel. Most guys in the 170mm+ crowd I've talked to just want to smash the trails all day and the Taco stand all night. Overall weight means little to them. Light, short travel (150mm +/-) seems logical but from what I've been picking up as I learn about the...

Decoy and Decoy 29 are mostly out of stock with a soon/July/Aug restock date so that checks. I can see some room for some spec updates on a few models but otherwise I wonder if it's a full frame refresh? I've been waiting on the 29 core 4 to come back into stock on sale -$2000, the geo and specs...

Oneup carbon bars. Setting brake level angle in line with my arms in the ol' "attack" position. If your brakes have them, set pad engagement so levers get as close to grips/fingers as possible at full stop. Cutting 10mm off bar width until I found the right width for me (this was more for sholders but it all aligns).
When doing any of these types of adjustments pay close attention to the fork manufactures mins and maxs for lower crown height, upper crown height, distance between the two and type of top crown to use in relation to headtube/spacer height. If Boxxer install instructions have 20 steps maybe 8 of them are dedicated to these measurements and ensuring they're...

I'ts a bit of a cheat, but this might get you a few goosebumps then: It's a one-off edition (a Dorado SC got made as well) made by Rulezman for an AstonMTB competition -,not a Zocchi but an Intend Edge with a Manitou RRT preparation... quite a frankenfork (and no need to say I absolutely LOVE IT). A DC versions based on Dorados were also on the works: https://astonmtb.com/product/rulezman-rrt-replica/

In their instagram video I believe they said it's the Tyee. A few weeks ago I asked Propane if they were going to spec the Vivid on a frame only and they said keep an eye on the site for changes. I suspect that was a hint at a new one?
