11/3/2025 8:27pm Your prayers have been answered - Alutech Pelmo with that they seem to call "super mullet" - 32" up front, and a 27.5" in the rear (I THINK) Not 100% sure what maxxis tire it runs up front, but I believe it is the new dissector gen 2

11/3/2025 8:26pm Preach. The original ö is ubiquitous. Now it's just random "transportation startup" chevrons. No-one will know what this is in isolation.

11/2/2025 2:16pm Vital article from a while back at the Chinese bike show this year. Chatted with my local shop in regards to WR1 and they aren’t doing frame replacements unless catastrophic failure. Frames are being sent to a company in Vancouver for carbon repair. Molds apparently are being sold to Sava Cycles and they will be flying the bikes under them and not WR1. Below pictured is the proto dh WR1 but now Sava will be bringing it to production in the distant future.

10/30/2025 10:42am Check out the Preston Petty No-Dive, from decades ago folks: There were quite a few variations of Torque Arm Anti Dive set ups tried in Motorcycling - predominantly Road Racing, plus, a some hydraulic set ups - a few of which reached production Motorcycle models. I've a couple of Preston's No-Dives, somewhere in my workshop, along with a few of his Fenders / Mudguards and his Headlights. All of the Anti Dive systems basically 'disappeared'.

10/29/2025 10:35am I think that Cornelius has completely outclassed Fox in the Upsidedown fork space. Options, quality, weight, price, reliability, performance, etc. Intend wins on every aspect. What the Podium did for me, is make me really interested in the Intend...

10/28/2025 11:28am It's just an equation driven dimension on a line. The equation is (d/(l1-l2))*F where l1 is the initial shock length, l2 is a second shock length, d is vertical wheel displacement, and F is the axle load. This equation is an approximation of the actual leverage ratio. The smaller the difference between l1 and l2, the closer the approximation is to the actual leverage ratio. A difference of 0.01 mm is plenty small to get a very accurate number. The quick and dirty is make l2 1 mm less than l1 and then you wheel displacement is approximate leverage ratio...

10/27/2025 9:04pm I checked with the professor today and it turns out the answer key accidentally used 425 instead of 465, which was what gave the incorrect answers. Due to the unclear diagram, any answer close to 155 and 178 should be accepted. 👍 Thanks for the help! Out of curiosity, how did you solve for the force through the shock in...
