TheSuspensionLabNZ Liked a comment about Feature MRP Lift Damper Long-Term Review
10/28/2025 11:19am Great review by the way, I've been enjoying a lot of the recent reviews on here, especially with the follow up discussions that add more detail and long term impression of the product in the real world! It feels much more useful for the end user, or someone like me who is selling product but doesn't get to spend a lot of time on every single new thing that gets launched

Jason_Schroeder Liked a comment about Feature Racing Four World Cup Winning Downhill Bikes - Vital's Summer of Downhill
10/20/2025 4:03pm I disagree. I don't think after months and months of testing we would have uncovered more about the bikes that would offset the extra time/cost we'd have put in. To be clear, this was not a scientific test. Also, I'm not sure what kinda budget you think we got over here but it does not include months of testing in a bike park. The goal was to put down a timed run on a familiar track after we had each bike setup and feeling comfortable to see how times compared against how we felt on the bikes. And to help...

iceman2058 Liked a comment about Feature Vital Rides the All-New YT TUES on the Losinj World Cup Track
5/1/2018 6:28am To start with, seeing a bike in person is already infinitely better than copy-pasting a press release when it comes to evaluating the design process and the finished goods. I would argue that even without riding the bike, there are meaningful things to write about after merely a physical inspection. If you then add the opportunity to have in-depth discussions not only with the chief designer but also a rider like Aaron Gwin who was essentially the driving force behind most of the changes made to this particular bike, we benefit even more (both writers and readers). In general, when...

5/1/2018 6:27am Sure, in a perfect world, we wouldn't do ANY first ride reviews. We'd only write about bikes that we tested against the direct competition on tracks that we know well. Since we can't really do that for every single bike launch, a first ride is often the next best thing. It's also good to be able to provide some actual real-world feedback on the day of the launch of a new bike, which is hard to do if you need to get a bike sent out to you first (many brands won't do that with a new bike, as they...

Right out of the box the M820 has a solid look and feel to it, the brake looks very tough and durable and doesn’t have any plastic feeling parts. Both front and rear pre bled hoses come in at very long length, allowing the brakes to fit any bike, I assume even extra-large frames should have no issues with the default hose. Compared to the M810 brakes, these new Saints have definitely shed some of their bulk, both caliper and level are a lot smaller and sleeker, thus helping to reduce some of the weight seen with the old M810s...

28 Miles on Yeti's New Enduro Beauty (1 Day Demo) The SB6 is ridiculously good.
I picked my stealthy demo up on Thursday night, and once the tires, seatpost and suspension were proper I headed to the trail. Never mind that there were only 20 minutes of sunlight left. Pulling into Heil Ranch, I sprinted up the fire road towards the singletrack. This thing pedals nicely, I thought! But climbing the first rock section, the day made a turn towards awesome. First, the rear end smoothed a patch of sharp rocks into nothing, yet the bike's stance seemed to barely...
