4/30/2026 5:54am Interesting, one of his favorite things about going to YT was a full 29er dh bike which was way faster when they timed it (according to him). Or is he only going mullet for this race? (Sorry, a bit out of the loop here).

3/17/2026 11:34am I think a lot of other players came into the market and Azonic wasn't really moving forward as things changed... Or, if they have done new stuff, do you really ever see it outside of MBA?

3/17/2026 6:24am Thank you sir! They’ve been so under the radar, I don’t even think about googling them… would be rad if they “come back out of hiding”…

3/17/2026 6:18am they have a current (2026) website, with current looking products listed. looks like they are still part of o'neal, the azonic site takes you to the oneal webstore. they definitely went quiet for more than a number of years. not sure what was going on? https://azonicusa.com/collections/cycling

3/16/2026 6:24am Not a tech rumor, but after looking at the bike of the day (love everything about it!), does anyone know what happened to Azonic? I used to drool over the stuff, loved the a-frame pedals… just out of curiosity I’d love to know what happened with that brand.

10/29/2025 7:08pm I think that Cornelius has completely outclassed Fox in the Upsidedown fork space. Options, quality, weight, price, reliability, performance, etc. Intend wins on every aspect. What the Podium did for me, is make me really interested in the Intend...

10/29/2025 5:38pm I mean, everything seems reasonably priced to me Context is important Cranks are beautifully machined and 280€ A set of gx cranks around 100€ online, mass produced vs machined and hard anodized in Germany by a SMALL company, The shock is 1100, comes custom tuned, a Fox X2 blows and retails around the 800€ Same goes with the forks 1650€ for a flash with perfect bushings and all and it’s almost the same for a fox 38 x2, again mass produced in Asia vs something from a tiny company in Germany. Not cheap, but for what it is I’d say...

10/29/2025 6:24am On the other hand, compared to large players, it's not really unreasonably priced. It's not much more expensive than what Fox charges for their top of the line products in many cases. But it is a lot more niche.

10/29/2025 4:39am Reasonably priced… it’s Intend. Love their stuff, but none of it was reasonably priced so far. Even if the price is justified through production volume/company size etc. However, I am curious, too, what Cornelius came up with…

10/23/2025 1:39pm Well there you have it. New business idea: superboost wheel rental. No competition. Charge the full price of the wheel as rental price fee. Rent it out twice you made money lol…

10/23/2025 3:19am I don't even like playing the "Who has a 148 rear wheel I can borrow [with my preferred freehub interface and/or a cassette of similar size and # of speeds that's compatible with my chain]?" game. I don't think I would like the 157mm SuperBoost version of that game.

10/8/2025 12:09pm A German YouTuber got an Amflow/DJI bike and rode it as much as possible, and supposedly the quality of the DJI motor is not that great once you rack up miles. Of course it’s one guy, not hundreds. But I am curious to see what the reality vs. the hype is.

8/26/2025 4:26pm No doubt about all the pressure on the pinky fingers. All my grips are worn down to the plastic underneath (meaty paws) on the pinky ends. Doesn’t help I overlap my pinky fingers over the ends of the grips. Always been my comfort spot but it’s weird. I’d be curious how this would feel since I wouldn’t be able to overlap but would def give me more area to pressure with how I grip. Hmm

7/20/2025 9:18am Texi - and I assume Jack - are fine for now. Things will continue for them as normal. At least for Texi and I think for Jack, too.

7/16/2025 8:15pm I don’t mean to make light of a bad situation, but this felt inevitable. Anyone with any level of inside knowledge of the bike industry could look at YT from 30,000 feet and perhaps wonder if they have long had a money tree or maybe the operation was a money laundering front for the cartel.\ Some head scratchers, in no particular order: -Aggressively low prices (like...how is this possible low pricing) -Bloated SKU count (for them, its mostly the number of builds they have per model of bike) -Complex global supplier web (true for everyone, but their vendor count is...

7/15/2025 4:57am I've been fretting over stuffing a Frankenstein'd wheel with 150mm spacing into a standard boost frame for the past week. Between having a bright, trustworthy industry individual tell me not to sweat +/-1(or 2) mm at the axle, and reading your comments, I feel not so worried 🤣🤣🤣
