I wonder if they consider routing the cables through the upper headset bearing a hollistic solution? For me its shithousery and should be punished by being beaten with a pair of vintage z1 bombers.

Well as they said it's not a revolution. What I find interesting is the size specific carbon layup which does make sense as the XL from my buddy cracked a year ago and he still hasn't gotten a replacement frame. Seems like he get's a v3 now. Another interesting part is the use of angular contact bearings in the lower link again. My v2 Bronson came with those and I think the second year of the v2 they switched to grooved ball bearings with a shell in between. At least from the 3D they show the shell seems missing. I...

As you mentioned, the wheels are bigger today and BBs lower. That means the IC, to get a decent antisquat and pedal kickback figure, needs to be relatively lower today compared to the rear axle height than with 26" wheels as a double whammy - because of the lower BBs by itself and because of the larger wheels by themselves. That means a less rearward axle path on modern bikes compared to 26" bikes. A high pivot works just as well on a high pivot bike, case in point, Lahar, Zerode G1, probably some other bikes as well. The Kenevo SL is exactly the same as the old/current Demo and Enduro. This is different. There is no scissor link coming down from the rocker. Speaking of Kenevo.... GOD I hate marketing:

I actually kinda like it! The geometry is on point and I like the fact that it's very stout and dual-crown compatible. Could have seen myself ordering one of these badboys instead of my Canyon Torque. A shame Fezzari doesn't ship to Germany.

Just took delivery of a Tesla (that I financed) just so I could ignore this (douchebag alert!!!). I know, financing a depreciating asset sounds like poor math but gas in my truck + ICE cost to maintain is a lot more than financing cost + taxes on a new car + depreciation factor. Electricity in Idaho is almost free, so that's nice too. I think prices in general will be affecting us all..here in Europe (I live in Switzerland)...due to the war in Ukraine, COVID and other circumstances, things have gotten pretty expensive. The usual weekend getaways, for example Finale Ligure is a 4 hour drive and the gas, shuttle prices have literally sky rocketed - around a 20%-30% increase which makes things even expensive for us against the euro. Luckily we have enough trails around where I stay but who doesn't like Italy right?
