3/6/2021 12:17pm I got beat by the Canadian site, but 2nd ranked EWS rider Flo Nicolai had a big crash and got airlifted off the mountain yesterday. Seems it was not as bad as feared, shoulder dislocation injury, hopefully he'll be back competing soon enough.

Does anyone buy into this ”self bought” suspension thing? It's an honest question. I see why a downhiller would do it, but a slopestyle rider, who rides stuff super stiff anyway? Why bother? To make a statement? Mx

2/19/2021 1:42am Issue to me is that the DD option is only 70g lighter than DH, so kinda redundant. Either make the DD a touch lighter or make the DH bombproof.

Nice, I have a second set of wheels fully ready to swap out at a moment's notice, in the end I put the heavy tyres on the lights wheels and almost never use the lighter tyre option. They feel fine but I hate having the thought that I should be careful when riding, and really really hate puncturing (haven't taken a spare tube with me in years, or suffered a fatal puncture)

2/3/2021 1:38am That would be cool, my guess would a Capra replacement based on the Izzo design to accomodate a water bottle. 160-170mm 63 degrees up front. Ebike could also be realistic, they need to upgrade to the ep8 at the very least.

The scary part isn't the distance when I watch it. The room for zero error is though. Damn near flat ground surrounding that mini-kick lander. If he misses the lip, I don't even know if he'd BOUNCE. Just stick straight into ground bone by bone.
