The prize for the new season is the same, a pro contract with Orbea. I really can't see them populating a team with multiple competition winners so presumably it was a one year only deal & Evan now has to go job hunting, his (unexpected?) results from this season aren't going to hurt him on that front.

Honestly, Zink riding that chute as fast as he did was one of the highlights for me. I had a total Holy shit moment when he did it. Also, Riddle's moto style, amazing. I want more of that. All of those big moves over shadowed the rest of the crowd for me. Not to take away from skills I don't have, but Even Semenuck's moves were just bigger version of the same tricks he always does on bigger terrain. Riddle's looked so fresh and the hangtime/amplitude of his moves just seemed on another level to me. 1st in my mind...

Mixed feelings on the event this year. Hope Tom’s ok. Riddle should’ve scored better. Not a podium but his score felt low compared to some others. Had there not been so many crashed he may have been scored out of an automatic invite back despite having one of the most memorable runs and lines.

I don't think anyone suggested mixing dot and mineral oil. If anything, you really shouldn't do that.

Yeah, the cassettes most likely do not have a 0,001 mm tolerance on the cog spacing... Take a zero away. Or two. That's the range to aim for.

An additional tooth is 2 % difference in radius of the cog. It's a 2 mm difference in the radius, 4 in the diameter. You'll be fine in that regard, the cage will likely move in relation to the cog more during compression of suspension than the difference between the 50T and the 51T is. FLFlatLander what are you aiming at with the 0,001 mm and functional spec?
