8/27/2025 9:30am yeah, I've tried using some Pinner bleed cups and do the lever bleeds like I've done with shimano brakes and it did not go well. I feel like I've only had success with full bleeds. Wanted to see if folks are having some success with lever bleed with syringes and how they are doing it.

8/7/2025 1:31pm the large one goes down basically to the bottom of my rib cage and I'm 1.83m (6') which is about the same as most back protectors on the market. But I agree, for bike park days I use a longer one, but something is better than nothing IMO.

7/27/2025 8:17pm POC chest and back protector is my favorite, mainly since it goes all the way down your back and doesn't stop halfway up your spine like some other brands. It's also quite comfy.

Personal opinion, I’d never buy anything sram if not ultimate/silver level. Base might have a nicer pull but they’re on bushings, that will get sloppy and noisy quick, just like everything else they make. And this is a fact, not an opinion. Same with having the contact adjust on the higher end maven, if not base I’d 100% recommend those, you can make them softer and they work great. I have done that dumb pull the lever until contact and check the weight, it was the same as any XT/XTR brake out of the box, so they’re heavy pull when...
