Thanks for this! Question for you: I'm currently running mavens on two bikes I own (enduro bike and a trail bike) and they've basically made it impossible to ride any other brake. I've basically stopped riding my Transition Spur because I would spend all the time complaining about my magura MT8s on the thing. I feel like Maven's would be a bit overkill and heavy for my spur, and I'm really trying to keep that bike light and spry; however, was wondering if you think the Motives would be "powerful enough" for a bike like that.

It’s clear some of you have never truly nuked yourself in crash. It can take hours for the severity and complete picture of what you hurt and how bad to set it. Couple that with adrenaline and elite level racing and you might not know for hours. As stuff progresses, it can become clear very quick that you need to get checked for something that might’ve seemed okay initially. Loic has never shown anything put respect and professionalism, I’m sure there was a reason for everything that transpired.

Loic’s leg was swelling up (heard it mentioned that there could be some internal bleeding going) came down and went straight to the hospital thus missing the podium. Healing vibes to Loic, time to get home and enjoy the new addition to the fam.

10/11/2025 1:25pm Yeah, my thoughts exactly. You have the advantage by being the last man down the hill, might as well use it to the fullest extent. Gutted we didn't get to see what Loic could do, but my guess is that he's quite hurt. I just don't see him being that petty.

10/10/2025 1:02pm Yeah, and my reasoning was entirely due to not wanting my shock to be the first one these places have ever done as I was trying to get it done ASAP for a race. I would have probably not cared if it was in the dead of winter, but I didn't want any hangups or unexpected delays.

10/2/2025 7:46am Outside is ingenious, but I don't think it will work with the forbidden bikes because rear of the shock (and the rear shock bolt) goes so far internally on the frame. I do like the idea of going under.

10/1/2025 7:30am BYB or anyone, have you guys had any luck using your system on bikes with shock tunnels? like Santa Cruz or Forbidden? I'd love to slap some sensors on my Dreadnought V2 but my old MI system wouldn't fit.
