Have you ever seen a lady in a thong? How about a dozen of them reluctantly swooning over a bunch of dirty bike racing knobheads? If I'm looking for naked ladies on the internet, I have plenty of outlets that don't also include a bunch of ratty bros. That these goons think anyone wants to look at them says it all. Both the photos and the promo video clips from the shoot are peak cringe. I thought Sik Mik may retire this year. Such a lovely guy with time for anyone and a true competitor, dedicated till the end. I remember him charging hard on a welded up Santa Cruz at Sierra Nevada as a junior, like a beast! So many good memories. Shame he won't be at the races, but good luck and I hope the good times are there for him he deserves it. Especially the time with the loved ones! Looking at how many "tactical" and firearms pages Gwin follows on IG, I suspect gun laws might be a factor in that change as well.

I think that's a false conclusion. Top Pros bother to show up at any race that matters. That might be for preparation, speed gauge or price purse or bragging rights. They also become top pros because the don't shy away from heavy competition. Imo there's is no fiercer competition than a French Cup besides the WC. Also in Gwins latest Insideline Podcast he says he lacks to have had smaller local races this Offseason to be prepared for the WC. Also if Pierron, Daprela or Gwin aren't Top Bros, who is?
