The live show lasts about as long as it used too on RB You've no obligation to watch semis and it's on YouTube anyways. Not on GCN. Seems you are just making a scenario up in your head that doesn't exist in reality?

Why though? Protest? The coverage has been better than Red bull's coverage at most venues. Missing Rob for sure, but there have been more cameras and more top to bottom full runs on screen and some amazing racing too, with big drama and lots of winners? A more exciting and interesting season than 2022 or 21 IMHO. So why not tune in?

If you're seriously suggesting that the coverage of racing this year has had more of an impact on bike companies than the global economy and recovery from the pandemic you are absolutely dreaming. There have been multiple stories over the past 18-24 months about how companies have been paying more for stock/production/shipping than before, increasing their retail prices dramatically, and forecasting way higher sales and ordering inventory accordingly. UCI DH has had new tracks and venues this year, more interest than ever (any press is good press and all the negative comments are comments none the less), more entries than ever at most races it seems. Huge interest from brands, who despite not having budget still want to be involved in DH some how. The only people your hairbrained idea of not watching content would hurt is teams and riders, mainly riders. Given all of the incessant whining and generally unconstructive feedback scattered across various forum topics and comments sections this question has been on my mind a lot lately. Enduro brought me back from an almost 20 year hiatus from racing bikes and for the last 10+ years has been the catalyst for skill development, pushing myself athletically, traveling the world and expanding my comfort zone in so many ways. To be fair I think that doubling up can work if it's done right. Both DH and EDR riders were keen on the tracks at Loudenvielle, and the same again now at Les Gets/Chatel. The issue, as ever, is coverage. It does seem like that has dipped a bit this year but as everyone says it's more WRC than F1, and even with the budgets in WRC they still don't have live coverage, or delayed broadcast coverage of every inch of stages.
