Jeff Kendall Weed has a great series of slow mo shots in his Podium video with side by side comparisons of front tire skids with the 36SL, 38, and Podium, and it's pretty wild how much fore/aft flex he gets out of the two RSU forks compared to the Podium. Doesn't look like much in the still, but it's a lot of motion back and forth in the vid. Also I just now noticed he's wearing loafers for the shot, which is the most JKW thing you'll see all week. I think it makes an interesting watch for anyone, but...

I'm 105kg myself and my main bike is a 30kg E-mtb, 500g is the equivalent of me not taking a dump in the morning, it's negligible. I'm a brands worst nightmare when it comes to part destroying, Fox already hate me (3 CSU's on this 38) so I'll keep the R&D lab busy with my fat ass smashing into things. But, to their credit (and cane creek) they grin, smile and say "heres your new CSU/Shock/whatever you fat bastard"

I can't imagine landing my whip/kickouts these days on QR rear axles... sheesh. Also, Rockshox just needs to revive the Totem fork in response to Fox's USD hype. Totem with Charger 3, galvanised lower with updated OG tribal decals. KeepTorque Caps ready like all the current forks. Speaking of torque caps, I just converted my E13 front hubs with their torque cup adapters. I guess the steering feel more precise....I think. :D

The linkage being zip tied to the seat tube does not inspire confidence that this bike actually works.

Question for the Boxxer people: does this look normal, or is Luca Shaw running some sort of added chamber on the top of his spring side stanchion? Picture comes from a bike check post on Luca's Canyon Sender from the other site. Looks like it could be an added volume cap for the positive air chamber, like the MRP Noken or Ratio Flux Cap we tested on Vital.
