I'm confused. If people describe me as a salty person, does that help or hurt my hydration levels on a ride?

I'll preface this by saying, I've never owned/ridden a bike with a dropper longer than 175mm. I've had 2 AXS reverb in rotation on various bikes for the last few years, Evil Offering, Specialized Enduro, Epic Evo, Neuhaus Hummingbird, Specialized Stumpjumper, and Transition Spur. And I have ridden fairly gnarly trails with those posts, Pisgah, Kingdom Trails, Phoenix, Sedona, and Iceland. I cannot recall a single time when I had my seatpost completely dropped and thought, "man, I wish this were a little lower." Similarly, I've never had a crash or close call where I thought the seat's height was...

We will see. Unlike most people in this thread, I'm not as much of a believer that $100/bbl oil = more (specialty bike) sales. It may drive some mobility e bike sales, but I don't think its the needle mover everyone else thinks it is, especially when it comes to mountain biking. Also, as a reminder, oil was over $100/bbl for most of the early 2010s and I don't remember it being a huge driver to the bicycle industry's success. Energy costs eat into everything and generally leaves people feeling poorer. Its inflationary. So if anything I'm more a believer...

Have to start over my part 2... Distracted by the Lawrence Indy vlog.. The Kyle story had me laughing so hard in the truck! The website beef amongst the users is comical.. It's a small industry and pretty much everyone knows everyone. Do a pod with the PB crew.. 2 parts.. One part on each site.. 32in wheels.. Why not...
Fresh pod went officially live on site today, enjoy! https://www.vitalmtb.com/features/were-keeping-name-bikes-unaffiliated-…

It's an experiment worth trying.. Putting the women last doesn't guarantee that they will be the main focus. Especially if the men have a really exciting battle. I enjoy watching the women, there's been some good battles there as of late. The only drawback I see is a lack of depth in the field..

I noticed in the past that there was a certain tipping point.. Usually once it got too far past 5/gallon the potential new bike commuters seem to taper off.. My guess is that the money that might have gone towards the bike ended up in the gas tank before they could make the purchase..
