I have a Garmin Forerunner 45. It’s simple, it works, and is pretty accurate GPS wise. Add a heart rate strap and you’re good to go. Doesn’t have all the fancy features of the Fénix series but costs hundreds of dollars less

yes... I saw the new Fuel EX in person a few weeks ago. All I can say is its totally different ascetically than anything T has ever produced before. 150mm 36 up front, 140mm Float X out back. Internal frame storage and ABP still there. Longer reach, lower top tube/stand over. The 9.9 will have an "AXS" build and an...

I have a bad habit of looking through the websites of bike and component manufactures when I should be doing work for college... oh well. Anyway, Looks like the new stuff from rockshox will have two "Debonair+" air cans, both with negative volume tuning Additionally, there is a "RC3 hydraulic bottom out control" damper option. So if id have to...

Apparently most people haven't noticed that after you click "Submit", it takes the gerbils powering the VitalMTB forums a minimum of 2 minutes to fulfill their request, and keep clicking "Submit" a dozen or so times.

I'm sure this shouldn't be published yet. The new Zeb is also present in the video. BTW, has anybody else been sent 8 e-mail notifications for Brevard's post? Anywho, DB8... I wonder what the reason for not including Bleeding Edge port is... It's a really good way to mount the syringe in my experience. One way to make it better would be to add it on the lever Smile Looking at DB8 it appears to be a very cheaply designed product? No swing-link, no banjo on the caliper, very rough surface treatment, etc. Could the use of mineral oil be...

I have zero info on that but given how Sram has moved the Pike down the totem pole (all the way from a 160 mm fork in 2015 to effectively a 120-130 mm fork these days), I'd say it's a no. The Lyrik is squarely becoming the 150mm range fork, so 140-160 mm? It's the same with the 36 actually...

This, a hundred percent. I'd like to know more about Magnus Manson running his Dreadnaught in Lourdes with 180mm of rear travel. Has anyone actually confirmed that the Cascade link for the Druid also works on the enduro sled to up the travel?

Interestingly, if you watch the footage of Finn and Loic’s runs, Loic’s bike isn’t as stable pitch wise as Finn’s. Of course it could be spring rate and damping rather that kinematics, but you can definitely see the rear suspension choking on larger hits. You can see the same with Loris and Reece’s bike. The latter looking more balanced over a full run. IMO.

Brevard_Bikewrench Added a reply to Factory vs. Performance Elite

Performance elite all day, but my fork has to match my shock, and my shock has to match my fork. Unfortunately my enduro bike will have factory suspension until I switch to rockshox, or get stuff for free.
