Marin sounds like the worst place in the world to be a mountain biker. I’m always amazed at how terrible that place sounds.

What counts as POC? I'm half Vietnamese. Am I POC? With "BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Disabled athletes, and Women", its essentially saying we need fewer white an Asian males. All this is nonsense. Is a deaf black woman higher on the victim scale than a gay Black man? What about a transgender hispanic man who has kids and is undocumented? Is there a point system? What about Asian representation in the NBA? Or Polynesian representation in Tennis? All of this is nonsense.

If people want to bike, cool. If not, also cool. Can’t we just let that be? Are inner city basketball teams concerned about enough white kids in their leagues? If so, is there any organization around this concern? Probably not because that thought in itself is racist. Feel free to delete my comment because it isn’t currently fashionable.

USAC just lost all credibility and support. Mark my words, the Intersectionalists destroy everything they touch. Google what they did to the knitting industry. The Arkansas legislation is not discriminatory. It is something that most people support. All this is utter nonsense. Go woke go broke

It is sexist to allow men to compete against women.

This is a total waist of time and money and it is creating a problem where it doesn’t exist. Pure virtue signaling. The biking industry should stay out of politics and social justice BS.

Really well thought through frame, I’d love to ride one. As an aside the pricing makes me sad. When GG is making carbon front triangle frames domestically and selling frame with shock for less than 3k, makes an alloy overseas made frame/shock for 3k look pretty bad. Given the times they’ll probably sell all of them

I think we'll see a carbon version sooner than later.. With everything going on right now, a carbon version may have pushed off the release. Or, maybe they are selling enough DH bikes to justify the extra expense..

I bought the 2018 Airflex Pro's from the Vital article review and am still riding them. Great comfort, still stay up relatively well after many miles/washes. Looking forward to trying these out eventually.

I'm happy that you can make your own choice to stay home and we can make our own choice to move about intelligently and respectfully without unrealistic fear. I was supposed to stay with a pair of guys who got a stomach flu and couldn't leave their room so I chose to stay elsewhere. It's a free world.

Now if the industry had given a shit about the event. Not one major manufacturer offered any neutral support to riders. Specialized sent a giant trailer with sales reps for e-bikes, Trek hid in a corner with a black cover, Giant was no where to be found, SRAM & Shimano didn't show, RockShox & Fox didn't come. 600 racers on their own with each other to depend on. Felt pretty ungrateful for an industry that had no races in their home country last year. Not an ounce of help from the big brands this weekend. Luckily the pits were full...

Kate, random but looking to put a hot tub in our back yard. Did you guys just use that gravel base to set it on or is there a concrete pad under it?

Awesome pedals, apart from the look, it is very stable despite the thin profile, and the design in which the platform is closer to the crank felt much better when pedaling. Price is a bit on the high side but I think its well worth it.
