This is Ohlins' 'mechatronics' rear damper, that is used for example on the Ducati Panigale. It has switchable damper modes, one for the road (softer) and one for the track (stiffer). It's the same thing as adjustable dampers in road cars. Considering this has very small connectors that I kind of doubt have much more than two wires going through, I'd hazard a guess it's just a pair of small solenoids being switched over and kept there to adjust the valving in some way, shape or form. The only other thought on Hart was the comment he made on WynTv where he said "the futures bright" which was an advertising line for the Orange mobile network in the UK (the futures bright, the futures Orange) and there logo was an orange square - so might mean a move to Orange?? A bit left field I guess but who knows!!!

You can do the same thing by using loctite on the shimano derailleur and the cheaper sram derailleur hanger mount bolts and loctite the bolt in place with a retaining compound Then on the higher spec sram derailleur where there is a separate bushing, you can file the bushing down by 2mm when the derailleur mount bolt is tightened it locks the mech in place as the bushing is shorter and doesn’t bottom out. Using loctite retaining compound improves this again. Far better than having less threads of the bolt holding your derailleur on.

For 2021 Trek will be releasing a longer travel Slash, she's going 160/170 and this is probably why Trek has the new Zeb fork on Florins bike as it wouldn't have surprised me to see him riding a prototype before the end of the year if we were to have a race season. Also for 2021 the Remedy will be available in both wheel sizes and as far as I understand no travel change for that platform.

Why not just leave your bike upside down for a few minutes, allowing oil to seep down to those foam rings? Why the need to slide the lowers (almost) off? Loris suggests this at 0:35 and (with a twist) at 5:52: https://youtu.be/ydDguzJkj7k

Another yawn fork from Fox...a Dual crown version would be more interesting! Would be nice to see some real innovation from FOX and ROCKSHOX without them being scared of weight restrictions and with some proper service intervals eg +200hours. I am way more interested in the new EXT fork coming out!

Canyon would be the first brand - please correct me if I am wrong - which offers a mullet DH bike to their customers. It will be interesting to see what wheel sizes/wheel size mixes they are going to offer.
