Definitely not $5k. Not saying that sales of a "season pass" with extra access to media would not be able to offset the additional expense for production on that extra day but it's a lot more than $5k I would guess. I can't speak to the specifics of how Red Bull is running things but you're potentially having to bring in the cam ops a day earlier, that includes lodging, per diem, and work meals. Any additional support crew like assistant camera crew, same thing. If you want audio on that feed you'll have to be paying for an audio...

These days I usually catch the last 10 riders only, and often get screwed over by the UCI starting order as I miss the winning run :/ Way prefer raw and vital slideshows (I don't really bother with the other website's slideshows, I need that sweet audio overlay)

I want to see more than one angle of hard/tech sections. I don’t want a lot of long straights with a ride tucked, sprinting, or long tabletops. I want to see real downhill. I can’t comprehend how hard my request is but don’t do it if that can’t be done.

Their added content sucks. They used to show the field. Now they describe what a dh track is for 20 minutes. I don't trust 'em. If that money went towards whiskey for Robb warner........ I'd pay jeff brines to type less on the internet.
