Not knowing the price of something on release day and he doesn’t just make it up? Crazy. He’s basically a dirtbag rider that crushes out the vert and miles. He’s more one of us than most of us are…

your currency is not much worth anymore, it lost like 25% in just 4 years against the swiss franc, what do you people expect things to cost when you import everything and the fascist king wants his cut on top?

I'm curious as to what would give more "flickable" feel? A smaller rear wheel or a shorter stay?

I don't think it's dumb at all. I run a Cushcore in the back, but not in the front. I run less air pressure in my front tire, too. Weirder still, I run fewer spokes in my front wheel and love it. Why not run a more flexible tire carcass? I absolutely want different performance characteristics out of my front and rear tires, wheels, suspension, brakes, and probably want different levels and kinds of flex in my frame vs. fork. Try it and let us know!

To add to the above, I rode with a guy on an Evil Wreckening once, and he preached the Delta Link gospel with a level of gusto such that it seemed he may start speaking tongues. No detailed accounting, though, just 'It's awesome. It's the best at everything. This bike rules!" What benefits might one realize with LDSP vs a...

To carry over a question I posed in the rumours thread to a more appropriate thread: [In response to the new Crossworx Dash 290 MKII] This bike brings to mind an inexperience-based question: What is the appeal of a linked-driven single pivot (LDSP)? I have owned and ridden exactly one full-suspension bike, and it is a Horst link design. I...

We can continue to talk about this over here to not derail this forum https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/hub/frame-design But in my opinion there are benefits to a linkage driven single pivot design over a Horst link, depending on what you are looking for. The biggest consistent difference between Horst designs and ldsp is the anti-rise, where Horst link bikes are generally low (80% and below) and ldsp bikes are high ( above 100%) and each of those have their own merits. I love ldsp bikes, they tend to be playful, predictable, and consistent in feel and geometry, I'm designing a high ldsp DH...

I have owned and ridden exactly one full-suspension bike, and it is a Horst link design. I know that simplicity is a valuable thing in and of itself, but a linkage brings additional bearings and whatnot into play. I know that other...
Reading through here, there seems to be a lot of discussion around the possible suspension layout change for the Tallboy, but does anyone have any idea when we might see it? That and the six-finity non-E Yetis have remained on my mind a lot lately
