2024, the team lists and rosters were announced Feb 1.

2025, the team lists were released Feb 4th, but rosters not till Feb 27.

So it could be anytime in February for the rosters 😁

UCI will probably just throw all the teams and riders on their site whenever suits them anyway 😅. New year, new admin, NFG

It will be interesting to see how Maples will perform this year with quite a different team!  It's almost like an experiment to see if results are mostly rider-driven or if a top-tier team like Mucc-off is key to stepping on a podium these days. Anyway, it's probably the best acquisition Pivot could do to redeem their difficult last season!

As well from the Commencal (certainly one of the best bikes on the circuit) to the Phoenix.

IIRC 15th Januray is the team/riders registration deadline, it takes some time for the UCI to release the rosters then

Can’t go off what’s been done in the past as UCI changed the date to Nov 15th. Presumably so contracts can end then as well instead of Jan 1 and riders that have new teams can start with the new product earlier.

Or, Norco.  Team being managed by a legend that was the king of tinkering with frame adjustments until the day he retired.  A team that has a F1 engineer. From and outsider perspective. I could see Norco being a good fit, logistically.

- Team that supports outside of the box thinking for bike set up, and the money to do so.
- Team that has $$ backing to support riders traveling abroad for long stints.
-When Greg started managing Norco, he brought Cathy back in to help manage all the logistics and take care of the riders.

Now, lets toss logic out the window.. think purely with the heart and screaming eagles

AG bails on Crestline, downsizes his 4+ houses and makes a significant investment in FW racing.
They bring on Dak and Dylan.
In addition, they pick up Aletha Ostgaard to round out the women's support
Redbull and Fox join forces to provide the most American race rig ever (cause Neko asked nicely) The team is rolling around the US and Europe in a 379 Peterbilt with a red and white Highboy in the back, just cause.

It would never happen, but cant a country boy dream?

Holy heck, tossing logic out the window kinda worked out! HA!

Now about that 379 Pete cruising Europe? I keep seeing a Pete chassis camper in the background of various videos at the Kanuga parking lot.  Alexander (Singletrack Sampler) confirmed via a youtube comment that the camper belongs to Neko.

"So you're saying there's a chance"

I wasn't sure if that was a Pivot testing day or a Fox testing day.

...but then I just saw a new Pivot instagram video showing someone with a Monster helmet and a Roger Viera story that has a voice in the background that sounds like Dylan.

Yeah, same here. Bottom line is, to date, that team is not good enough for Maples. So let's hope they step up the support and professionalism

Will be interesting contrast for Dylan  going from what looks like one of the most professional  teams to what looks like the most unprofessional. The Pivot DH bike does look pretty sick. If Dylan can put his head down and  not get caught up in team drama he should be good.

I completely agree, for me who has been following this sport since it began, I can openly say that the Commencal is the best bike currently. Everyone who tries it is impressed. Not many people like to hear this here, simply because it is not an American brand. 😭

I think most people agree that the supreme is the best race bike out right now, it's also the most commonly ridden bike I see in the u.s at races and the bike park..

I dont think the bike will make a big deviation per se, but no one can deny that in terms of setup tuning, data adquisition, team supoort, line scouting, etc Conmencal Mucoff is far ahead. It will be interesting to see how much of a gap It makes.

Although the PFR team looks more relaxed than other factory teams, it does not make them a bad team. Sure, it is not a big factory team with a big budget, but they have their system that works for them and had some pretty good seasons in the past - 2023 and 2024 were pretty good. I think the addition of Dylan and a fired up Roger Viera is going to elevate this team and make them more competitive.  Dylan is going to do great at PFR!

cool to see Specialized investing in an enduro rider, and this dude rips. Lots of bad news in enduro lately, but this is good.

Dak liked a picture of my dog on IG, so he's good in my book.

Randomly he used to follow me on Instagram, I have absolutely no idea why other than to assume it was the old tactic of follow everyone so they follow you back. Anyway, I feel a special affinity with him on that basis, much like with Minnaar because he once sent me a message on insta too so I feel like I’m in the puzzler clique.

I think I might be getting an offer from Team Robot... Let the big sponsorship pennies start rolling in!  Thanks Charlie, this is definitely a mutual admiration type of deal..

Idk how relaxed i would be if my team manager had a history of sleeping with his employees

Well, considered yourself lucky that PFR did not reach out to you for you to be part of their team nor does the manager wants to sleep with you. Besides, they been together for 2 or 3 years at this point. You would think that if it was as predatory as you are making it out to be he would have dumped her pretty quick. To be clear, I was also questioning the whole thing early on when they kind of went public, but I reserved my judgment because I have no clue how the whole thing came to be, nor do I care. Not my business.
