Hello Vital MTB Visitor,
We’re conducting a survey and would appreciate your input. Your answers will help Vital and the MTB industry better understand what riders like you want. Survey results will be used to recognize top brands. Make your voice heard!
Five lucky people will be selected at random to win a Vital MTB t-shirt.
Thanks in advance,
The Vital MTB Crew

Hmmm. I get it, but… huge bummer.
we had to get you to leogang, somehow 🤣
bernard's track walk
roger vieira's track walk
I get it, but the thought of no Vital Raw has left me feeling....raw.
Yes, course tape is definitely the reason there’s so much trash in the world. Leading cause of turtle deaths.
Tape solves all these issues. I can’t fathom race pace and trying to visualize markers. I can barely follow the markers on TV sometimes.
Huge hole in my mid-day calender. Fudge!
Whaaattt? Is it really a downhill World Cup if there’s no vital raw?? Love the domestic race coverage but vital raw and WC dh coverage is vital’s brand…
My question would be does Lawlor still go? Does he ever contract out with other people, like the teams? Or only Vital... I don't want Lawlor to miss a race
No Warner, no Wyn, no Lawlor. They should probably cancel it at this stage.
calm now calm calm lets see what the Gwinner has to provide at this round. there is some light at the end of this tunnel. also if Theo is going he has been doing some pretty underrated youtube videos with some very earnest questions, like a less professional Wyn some what... search up Theo Erlangsen on youtube (if hes not at this round i will indeed actually cry)
Devastating. We should start a go fund me to get Lawlor there.
I don’t think Theo will be there.
MTBnews.de and FastAF YT channels usually put out good RAW-style videos. Sometimes other videos pop up too.
Gonna be interesting to see where he sits. 3rd or 4t at Rock Creek. Win's Mtn Creek. 3rd at WindRock.
Now a full on Q1, Q2 & hope to make finals.
I wouldn't want to be in his shoes just showing up with this track.
Why even have a World cup round if there isnt a vital raw?
First they came for our slideshows, then they came for our Raws!
Instead of Vital RAW here's a press conference 🤣
The build-up to finals: WynTV, VitalRAW, pit bits, Cathro
All these things drive engagement. It makes me wonder if WBD and the UCI have any concept of how important these sources of media are for them, and the ecosystem, as a whole.
To my eyes that makes perfect sense. Pole in the middle meaning you need to be right or left of it. Now in this case the tree serves the same purpose but I can see what they are trying to accomplish. The other one last week made no sense as there was not another pole creating a second line.
For dh fan as me it's a little drama. I don't understand, DH becomes more professional but we'll watch less DH actions than previus seasons... Something is going wrong...and my USB pen is crying
I'd be lost without course tape.
Course POV with IFR from Loudenvielle. Juanfer drops Breeden LOL
with pedaling seeming less critical on this track, it'll be interesting to see how belt bikes go this weekend.
weather looking to hold out, too! let's hope. sunday's precip forecast
A little birdie whispered something about "In muck, if you stop pedaling on belt drive...throws the belt".
Would love thoughts on that.
Considering I've never understood how belt drives shed solids, especially with the tire dumping soil onto the lower side of the belt that is then carrying those solids right into the rear gear. As opposed to a chain, doesn't the belt act more like a conveyer belt?

ya we all knew that pull was comin. but the crazy part is instead of making it look like a heavin pull jacko makes it look like a steezy double... this kid, man
The organizers sent over some extra data points, they've added some timing points to the track today (unclear if this data will be used for live timing splits or for other purposes). Sadly, the excel didn't react as expected when I tried playing around with the data, but here's a view of those extra splits for the fastest riders (P11 is finish line):
And here's a look at some section winners for elite men (section 4 is missing, the pdf was messed up in that spot):
