That doesn’t look like the usual Gamux rear end either, looks to have a Horst link and a pivot up by the seat tube?
You're right, there's a rocker link on the top tube seat tube junction. Looks like a high pivot variant of what the proto Demo is like with the chainstay driving the additional linkage to drive the shock (that looks like it's in the old location and orientation).
Is there even something like "usual" rear end, they seem to be changing it up all the time, be it front end or back. I think this could work pretty well since Reece is open minded and likes to experiment with unusual setups, at least that's what I have noticed before 🤷🏻

Surely Spesh would be thinking about adding a female racer, and Erice is probably the up and coming Female with the most hype - so this makes sense in theory… if not Erice then who? Its a pretty bad look at this point for the most prestige team in the comp to not be putting enough stock in female racing to think it worthy of having one on their team..
