Five lucky people will be selected at random to win a Vital MTB t-shirt.
Thanks in advance,

I hope you do realise the difference between Fox, the clothing company, and Fox, the suspension company.

Ms racing website looks to be an intense throw back?
https://www.ms-racing.at/
Good sign for Scott, they badly needed a top 10 rider to bring their name back to the front pages. With Craik, Levesque ( who is on the up) and Marine, that's a good team right there.
If we’re all having guesses I’ll go for Mondraker Factory with Ohlins suspension
When was the last time a gambler was on an elite men’s podium?
That was close in Loudenvielle last year with Dylan being 6th at a hair of podium... Also pretty close for Brendan and Dean in 2019... not mentioning seven world-cup win for Marine and countless podiums...
Let's see what 2024 will bring !
Hear me out. Gwin stays on Intense frames but surrenders ownership of a team because of the bike park purchase. IFR was under his ownership and is just rebranded and falls back to rider instead of team owner
THIBAUT DAPRELA ON CANYON CLLCTV - def didn't see this coming! press release below
THE CANYON CLLCTV DH TEAM WELCOMES FRENCH FASTMAN THIBAUT DAPRELA
The Canyon CLLCTV is starting 2024 with a bang, welcoming one of the fastest riders in the men's DH field to the team: Thibaut Daprela.
At just 22 years old, Thibaut has already racked up an impressive list of wins. From multiple Elite World Cup victories to clinching the overall title twice as a junior, Daprela’s mind-blowing pace and aggressive riding style have delivered incredible results.
“I’m very proud to be part of the Canyon CLLCTV. It’s a big family with multiple champions and results. The energy and technology that Canyon brings into the race world are amazing, and it’s the spirit I’m looking for. I am stoked to start the season with my CLLCTV Factory DH team mates. Also, it’s a great opportunity to be working with Gabe Fox and Fabien Barel, who have huge experience on the World Cup scene. I’m excited for this new chapter and already feeling at home on the bike. Let the fun begin!" - Thibaut Daprela
Canyon’s passion for gravity racing has been fueling the brand’s MTB product and innovation for over a decade. Working with the fastest riders on the planet enables Canyon to continue pushing the limits and driving future developments.
“It is a great opportunity for our factory team to welcome Thibaut with his young age next to experienced riders like Troy and Luca. I have been following Thibaut's progression for many years, and his passion to win and determination are unmatched. I believe we have an incredibly strong team for 2024, and I deeply look forward to the coming season." - Fabien Barel, Canyon CLLCTV Team Mentor.
Daprela and his Canyon CLLCTV DH team mates will be supported by handpicked partners in their search for wins and podiums around the globe. SRAM, RockShox, Troy Lee Designs, DT Swiss, Maxxis, Crankbrothers, Ergon, Maurten, Dynamic Bike Care, E-13, Chris King, and Albek will support the team in 2024.
There are 17 weeks to wait until the 2024 season kicks off. Follow all the action from the team at Canyon CLLCTV Instagram and follow Thibaut at Thibaut Daprela Instagram.
WHOA. CURVEBALL
Wow, could never have predicted that…
Good spot
Aw thanks, big Who's That Pokemon fan. Stoked to see him on canyon though, good ass for sure
Edit: add, idk maybe both
Call me dumb ! For sure! i'd hope everyone guessed I just speculated on ohlins for fun...
“It is a great opportunity for our factory team to welcome Thibaut with his young age next to experienced riders like Troy and Luca…"
So much for the rumors of Troy going to the Syndicate.
Mr. Thibaut Daprela signs with Canyon CLLCTV Factory DH team
love the way this guy rides a bike
excited to see him on a Canyon
Except that Markus is on a Summum in that only picture that is right now on the homepage...
In which case I'll bet that Commencal Muc-Off will shortly be announcing the arrival of two junior riders.
Not sure but after some searching it seems the last elite podium on a gambler was in 2012 with Nick Beer.
Gotta admit I am surprised, was expecting much recent podiums. I started following DH just a few years ago but just assumed a company like Scott would had a bunch of medals under the belt; that's not the case. The company's success, at least in the male side of things, seems to be confined to XC. Well, all the more reason to sign a top 10 rider like Craik to bring some visibility to the brand.
Yes, I think this is Brook reaching out looking for a team, but not straight up saying it. Weird post, but it's got to be hard to just straight up say, "I don't have a team, someone hire me."
Brendog is off Scott then following the post with the 2 new riders ? I was thinking he re-signed for 5 years …
In regards to Brook, a quick glance at the Mondraker website shows multiple builds of the Foxy with Ohlins suspension… maybe just a box stock bike he got for the off season?
As for Commencal Muc-Off, does anyone know if they signed Dylan Maples to a contract, or is he back to semi-privateer life?
Brendog isn't really on Scott "racing" from what I understand. He is a Scott-sponsored rider that does a lot of different disciplines, but gets pit support from Scott racing when he does World Cups.
Bold move for Daprela. Completely new EVERYTHING for him to learn/dial in. Suspension, brakes, tires, drivetrain, all different than his Commencal build. I think the team is great fit for him, fingers crossed he can stay healthy. The opportunity to work with Fabian (especially as a fellow Frenchman) must be really exciting.
Brosnan ? Got a feeling he’s not on canyon this year…….
Except in the press release, Fabien says:
"“It is a great opportunity for our factory team to welcome Thibaut with his young age next to experienced riders like Troy and Luca. I have been following Thibaut's progression for many years, and his passion to win and determination are unmatched. I believe we have an incredibly strong team for 2024, and I deeply look forward to the coming season." - Fabien Barel, Canyon CLLCTV Team Mentor."
This is going to be a great fit!
I wonder where this leaves Dante.
Ok just read that on PB , that confirms it 👍
Marine Cabirou just made a post saying goodbye to BF and Dean Lucas and welcoming Craik and Bandeira, dont know how BF setup will be this year.
He's got "Death Grip 2: Grip Harder" coming out this year, I'd assume no major sponsor changes?
