The "new"linkage for the supreme is a prototype for racers by the looks of it. I'm guessing it can be flipped upside down given the shape and holes above the pivot and probably has multiple holes where it is mounted now too.
Different holes would give different leverage ratio curves, could influence total travel, BB height and the rest of the geometry, etc. All in one piece of metal, which makes it easy to travel to tests and races and to keep track of things.
Edited to make it coherent as I typed on my phone just after waking up

That could very well be the case. The proto dropouts could serve the same purpose too.

New tire:hellkat
2-3 center tread pattern:2-2-3 center tread pattern.
No braking sipe on the center lug of the 3 row:braking sipe on the center lug.
Traditional sipes on the center lugs:cube shaped voids on the center lugs.
No "L" shaped cornering lugs:"L" shaped cornering lugs.
Blackbox internals on the forks by the looks of it also

i can't see any difference in visuals, maybe new internals?

I think the Lyrik and Pike have been updated at least twice, one minor and one major, plus the zeb was released since the last boxxer update which was really just bumping it up to 29", not a full inside out like everything else has gotten. Even the Sid got an overhaul before the boxxer. DH components have really gotten the shaft the last few years compaired to enduro for updates *cough: Saint
I'd guess a new ground up, DH specific Charger, some air spring tuning, maybe a coil option and new lowers/legs. Not looking like they've bumped it up to bigger stanchions but if they do, i'm sure we'll get better shots soon. Black box usually pops up in spy shots, then at a few races under the top dogs, wider release half way through the season under teams and then on September booking orders on normal years.
Can anyone get a caliper on one of Charlie's fingers this week? Then we can compare against the photo.
Certainly appears to be the current Boxxer chassis to me, the lowers/sculpting around the arch are identical to current model. Vital's RAW coverage shows Charlie at a very close and clear angle and you can see a large machined head on top of the damper side. I would say internals only right now, which could prob be dropped into a 38mm chassis, which I would be shocked if they didn't go to. First sighting though so I'm guessing late summer/fall release at earliest w/continued covid delays. The new rear shock is closer imo, both air and coil versions spotted.

agreed. very easy to turn out a new set of internals and fit it to the existing chassis. tooling for the cast lowers has a longer leader time and higher cost, so those probably won't be seen until its nearly production ready.
Some of the more recent turbo Levo ads have been rather odd. The “outer space” theme has been apparent in the “Delighlah in space” series of ads. Most likely this is going to be the new turbo Levo and kenevo bikes.
weren't there rumours of some Rockshox athletes running coil forks at the world cup last year?
Yes, there will be a coil conversion kit from Raceonlysprings very soon. A number of factory guys already ride it and have been testing it for a long time now. They don't seem very happy with the air Boxxer.
Have not checked the whole thread so maybe this has been up but.. Have anyone heard anything about a new Remedy from Trek? Slash got updated recently and the Remedy is looking remarkably old now, on paper.. Hopefully they keep the 27.5" wheels and some playfulness in the geometry. In-Frame storage and updated kinematics are on my wishlist.

Anyone seen similar?
If I had to guess maybe new emtb platform
Something new here...
