1/20/2022 6:34am My old Orange Alpine 160 with a coil CCDB was pretty awesome. Dirt Mag we’re also pretty vocal about how good Orange bikes were with a CCDB coil on them.

I would say DH racing puts way more stress on a company for R&D even if they're just a frame sponsor. Just imagine how much has been out into DH over the last 7-8 (2014-2021) years as far as geo, kinematics and wheel size redesigns compared to the 13 years before (2001-2013). The older gen bikes slowly developed geo and some kinematics but a bike from 5 years before could arguably be competitive on race day. Once wheel sizes started to change, bike development went wild. How many mules did each company have to build to get everything right for...

1/16/2022 5:36am I also think the Sam Hill VDS one stands out because everyone managed to video (in glorious slo-mo) or photograph it as it was so close to the finish line in glorious sunshine. Which ever movie it was on, it looked glorious

1/16/2022 5:33am I remember him coming down plastered in mud (from a crash) and taking 3rd. I sort of felt sorry for Matti (who came down earlier before the rain/mudfest) as it was such an amazing run and time that no one really paid any attention to him that day.

The link posted here is of a webstore that’s selling them - there are different color combinations posted, also Tech 4 V4 sets are released, again in different color combinations. These 30% more power are exactly what most people are complaining about regarding Hope brakes - if it’s true, then finally their brakes will become near perfect.
