But that's the key, vaccines WERE more effective with Alpha, a bit less so with Delta and even less so with the Omicron variant. How can you say 'vaccines have proven themselves with previous variants, so they are still effective', when there are studies that show that vaccinations are less effective with Omicron? Regarding stopping spread, they still do lower the infection rates even with Omicron, so it's not all bad. Though with the infection rates and the demand on hospitals we're seeing currently, I think it does seem like a question of when, not if the pandemic will be...

Let's go Brandon is the dumbest work around I have ever heard. If you want to say something just say it, don't act like some grade 3 kid scared to swear in front of their grand parents. Also, saying you'd shoot some one with a 9mm on the internet over your opinion pretty much sums up that you probably shouldn't own a gun and have a problem.

Lots of the pros talk about just wanting a change of "partner" and such to shake things up if they're feeling like they are in a rut. I don't think it really has much to do with clashing personalities or anything like that... I just think that, if you're a racer, you're looking for mental advantages where you can find them, and a change of environment can sometimes provide that. Of course, it can also backfire and end up hurting performance, but you've got to do what you feel is best at the time.
