Also my thoughts. A rubber boot would solve it, like on a DR650 fork. Even an old inner tube, cut and slipped over would work... not a sexy look though.

So tidy. Could you run a trail shock with a piggyback if the reservoir was facing forward? Is there room for that?

Well thought suspension design! Put a guard to protect the shaft of the shock though, that frame spot is prone for all sort of projections coming from the wheel.

so cool! the only thing I'd worry about is the exposed seal of the frame bearing that is concentric to the bb shell.
