9/1/2025 10:55pm Best podium of the new 3-step era. Imagine how far you would’ve been tossed by that hole APierron hit. Dude folded like some regular guy. more Goldstone vs Bruni, I love it!

9/1/2025 4:26pm Bike weight is so overrated. To be fair I’m not a svelte dude, so maybe if a bike was 1/3 of my body weight I’d be more fussed. Performance and durability over all else. My ability to bunny hop a bike is more hindered by a long wheelbase than say seven extra pounds. @TEAMROBOT that sidekick hub the business? I...

9/1/2025 4:17pm This Stumpjumper video you posted came at a funny time, because I just got a real deal digital scale for weighing bikes (shoutout to Feedback Sports, who's a Vital sponsor) and weighed my bike recently, and it was almost exact same weight as yours. My bike weighed in at 40.9 pounds, which surprised me, but at the same time it's my favorite bike and probably the best riding trail bike I've ever had. Carbon frame, but alloy everything else, Sidekick rear hub, Podium fork, coil shock, Maven brakes, DH tires, rear Cushcore, and a 29" spare tube in the downtube...

9/1/2025 2:52pm What's going on in the heads of spectators turning up with chainsaws AND ear defenders? I'll put you through this whether you like it or not, but I myself don't want to hear it? They were fun at first, but it's getting a bit old (or maybe it's just me getting a bit old). Lovely to hear a bit of The Prodigy, I kinda knew Liam and Keith back in my raving days and it brought back some great memories.

9/1/2025 2:41pm That was nuts, so close to numerous trees and course markers! At least he knows he's got a career ahead of him as a motivational speaker when he's done riding. 🤣

9/1/2025 10:58pm Yeah, super tough season for him. Especially with how the first race went. After that race he was probably like, “ok I know what to do to make it into finals and possibly podium.” And then just gets put through the wringer at every other race. I do wonder if thing would have been different if they were still taking...

8/29/2025 8:25am Does anyone know if the course got faster between EliteQ1 and JuniorQ? Or are the top 5 juniors really from some other planet (a planet with lots of chairlifts)?

8/28/2025 10:03pm yeah lot of clay there, where I grew up there was a clay quarry and when it rained it was akin to riding on ice, if you locked up the brakes the bike actually accelerated!

8/28/2025 10:02pm I'm definitely interested. I'm not an early adopter though. I'll let the industry shake it out and bring the price down while I enjoy the bikes I have. Going from 26" to 27.5+/29" was an absolute revelation for me. Instantly conquering features i never had before. I could definitely see the potential for 32 front and rear. But like Jeff said, there has to be an upper limit of practicality here. Same with eBikes, I'm willing to wait years for a decently priced Pinion MGU. I'd rather stay a Luddite who can't afford an eeb or 32er anyways.

8/28/2025 7:37pm Martin Maes also is a good bet. When he won in La Bresse is similar pig shit conditions. @brash I hear ya. All though a lot of people say riding well on dust is just like riding in mud. I wouldn't know im from the PNW. But also Adelaide also has a bunch of clay as well, right? Which makes...
