I am a huge Finn Iles fan, and I think he's half right. One style is just a turned-down whip. Where we disagree is that the other style is just a turned-down whip, but lower.

I like the part where he rips the throttle open and slides the back wheel up half the lip. Oh wait that didn't happen because he's not scrubbing, he's just squashing the jumps while whipping and doing an ever-so-slight turn up the lip. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlcrr58hlYs

Man that trail was so fun! True story- as a 16yr old jr DH shredder back in the day I helped build the course with HB & Chad Cheney. I shaped all the jumps and drops and was the guinea pig jumping everything! It was so cool to see all of the famous WC guys ride what I built and I even towed some female pros into the drops and road gap early in the week before practice started. It seems like forever ago now

Disagree on all points. 38's still creak, and nothing compares to the stiffness of a dual crown fork for big holes, steep terrain, and heavy braking. If you're in a bike park there's no need for 12 speeds, and the longer chain and derailleur cage are much more likely to make clack-clack noises and get bent. Lastly, it's not a coincidence that Fox makes the most durable seatposts and the ones with the highest stack height. Bushing overlap = durability. Pretty simple.

Looks like there are a lot of but hurt yeti riders in here. Whats the big deal? People felt offended by a slogan and Yeti obliged and changed it. Can't y'all put yourself in someone else's shoes for a second? Should we only change things that EVERYONE agrees is bad? Not sure why so many people feel so strongly about this.

Concentrate on building a bike that doesn't have it's rear end explode every year before this stuff.

I'm in a similar position with an event I signed up for (and paid a ton of money for back in October) in a different sport. The organizer is even backed by Red Bull (its a "red bull signature event"). They FINALLY "postponed" the event, and are still not giving refunds. I understand its a tricky situation, but we're ALL in tricky situations. I have had to make cuts and plan my life accordingly, like I'm sure everyone has - (I know, its not equal across the board). Regardless, its a huge turn off when an organizer pulls this. To...

Honestly what a crock of shit. Registration went live on the 25th of Feb and Washington state went into lock down in march 23rd. They really blow half of their trail crew budget in one month when everything is buried in snow? For anyone wondering you and 3 other friends can finance a month long trip through Canada living like...

Most road riders don't ride up or down hills and don't ride in the rain, and most road bike buyers don't even ride their bikes.
