My 2c - Clip E bikes, drop UCI sanctioning, take it to more interesting locations like the golden era & make the coverage part race review part destination / travel show. This would also allow you to pull tourism money from local governments in return for running an event in their area. Having some events integrated with Crankworx also seemed like a good formula for pulling interest and unique talent to the events at least for a time, as was the Trophy Des Nations - would be good to see those two things back in the mix.

4/2/2026 2:01pm Some jogger style or adjustable bottom pant loop version of the Decathlon MH500 is great. Limited colours. Reasonably cheap. Weird Asian or Euro sizes. 3/20/2026 6:29am Alba Distribution is closing up shop. They were fairly small Western Canada distributor based in Squamish, and had niche brands like Formula, EXT, OChain, Revgrips, Dyedbro. Sucks because they did all the actual EXT fork and shock damper service work, which all the LBS's just farm out to them.

Interesting read and some good thoughts here. This is a great idea! I figure I'd give it a go. 1.) TransBC 6 Day enduro. What an amazing event and personal accomplishment for me. This is a race I've wanted to do ever since I watched it roll through Revelstoke in 2017, and getting the chance to be a part of it was a truly special experience. 12/22/2025 5:45am Three things that still stand out to me in 2025: 1. WAO carbon rims. Absolutely 100% sold on the premium of burly, well designed carbon for the durability. 2. Working with and trusting a knowledgeable tuner to deal with your suspension. The difference is worth it. 3. Maven brakes. Convinced me to ditch Shimano on my enduro bike.

Ah sorry, I was getting carried away talking about product instead of teams...however none of you are guessing the pro riders foot in my picture? Man I thought that was what team rumours was all about! Lift access (other than Winsport) has been rumoured vaporware for years. If not in the mountain parks, then where?? I can't see Sunshine or Lake Louise ever doing it...
