To play devil's advocate Dunne is s 2 time world cup winner and a fair bit younger than Dak so I think if the team has a hierarchy Ronan has a fairly good claim on the no.1 spot . Having said that if Dak can have a good off season and get stronger then he's definitely a potential race winner , I'm not sure who Mondraker could get from the available riders who you would say is an upgrade on Dak . I think it’s fine and kind of fun. Not everything needs to be serious. There is plenty of adult sport fan content out there. It’s good there is something for the kids that’s still pretty palatable to me. No worse than a first intermission hockey segment from coatesy or coach.

Interesting post from Gwinny about a crash he had at the U.S. Open last week, and the onsite services that were available through Dirt Medical and NeruoCatch to diagnose and test for a concussion. Sounds like the next level in safety that DH races need.
