Why so much gear range? Sure there's going to be some transfers that need pedaling, but there's a neverending supply Enduro monster bikes that come out box 4 lbs less and can goble up just about anything. There for sure something to the use-what-ya-got, but unless your limited by space, these builds have to close to buying a decent used bike specific to there purpose.

The horse hair polyester blend was near painful at first, but after a few days of wearing them, I settled right in. I gave them 4 stars on Vital, only because I didn't think there was enough rider input given in there design. I felt like they were pretty much like any other polyhorse athletic underwear I'd worn before. It be nice if there was somewhere to stash keys, or a bottle opener built into the waist band.

If you ride a trail when it's wet, then something happens to the trail later on. What that is, no one is really sure of, but it's definitely supposed to be bad.

It would be nice to do the job right with the right tools some day. I guess if I built a new bike, on average, every 4 months, I'd step to getting all the good stuff.
