Not cheap, not cheap at all... And hardly compatible with dropper posts. For that kind of money it should be possible to have an electronic version, for sure.

The author is optimistic. I think that something in the form of custom production can work out. Moreover, we have examples of such projects when a real product grew out of the idea of a couple of people. Garbaruk chainrings, titanium frames from Tritonbikes, great Trailmech hubs. All this appeared on the naked enthusiasm of people and is now in good demand. Of course, a lot of startups died on takeoff, but...

4/28/2021 11:25pm Well this kinda shot down the hope of a production version in the thread. Seems to be the same as the funny fork, prototype only, and probably no future. Not a dig on you kuzlich, but it doesn't seem too optimistic for a future product we can try.

MXBREWSK, yes, this is a working prototype. The author is from Ukraine. For a long time, he has been making all sorts of axles and links from titanium and got the idea to make his own fork. As you can see, he did it. In the future he plans to establish a small production line. But so far, he has not made any announcements so as not to stir up excitement, which he will not be able to satisfy.

You should see my thumb down scores over there! , when I bothered looking at their nonsense. It was hilarious. The slightest non PC truth bomb would set them off like a pack of firecrackers. It was hilarious to see the scores rack up and then my comment would just disappear. But they'd still be hating on it. Priceless

They prove my point every time. SJW clown show over there at PB. They make Twitter censorship look downright reasonable. IMO best thing ever would be an EMP that kills the internet for a few years. Those retards would have to talk and exist in something other than a libtard echo chamber. That said 80% of this sport appears to be of the libtard persuasion, unfortunately. I am sure happy I didn't stay in the industry.

I was considering the FOX 49er and reducing travel on it, but it just seems like too much of a PITA to go through that, but it is wider to allow...

That's not going to work, as the positive/negative transfer port will not be able to balance. Local machine shop and get them to shorten the air shaft.
