My comments were specifically regarding the Pinion, which is a bit different than the Effigear as it has a 'powered shift' in both directions.

Effigear has been using a SRAM 9 speed shifter on one end and a "spring in a tube" on the other. I'd say a similar approach could work for Pinions.

Just a thought, I figure archer could likely make a paddle shifter that could in theory, be programmed to run any gear box could it not? I duel cable setup to run a pinnion? You'd only need one box and them flash the firmware to whatever setup you were running.

1/2/2022 9:00am This is the mount that Vitaliy recommended the Magura. I may also buy the Hope brand(bottom right) as I have the Hope brake system, but Vitaliy wasnt sure if it would work.
