Really stoked for Angel. I am very interested to see how he can do on the Commencal equipped with Ohlins suspension. If everything is clicking right I think he could be a serious contender.

Mitch could ride a shopping cart and still look more stylish than most people on a bike. Big loss for Santacruz...

The question is, will it just be Mitch or are they going to have an American version of 50:01 with a whole bunch of dudes?

100% agreed. Downhill is great to ride and watch but dh bikes just aren’t selling. They dropped the ball this year not focusing on releasing the prototype enduro bike we saw Isabell riding at Trophy of nations.

Um, we covered it in here that Gwin had the rug pulled from under him regarding YT, he was literally having dinner with the CEO during worlds, talking about how it's a matter of days to sign the contract, then something like next week he was told the programme is done. And then they decided to continue (in a smaller capacity with Angel only or something like that). He scrambled and did the deal with Intense, wreaking havoc in the Intense Factory Racing team that was running Sram gear with Jack Moir, Dean Lucas and Charlie Harrison, with the latter...

Intense being in $$ trouble is a bit of a stretch. They recently brought on Ryan Dungey and some other moto bigwigs to invest/steer the company. Just hired new outside reps and are selling a ton of bikes. Gwin and Co are race team only as i understand it.

Perhaps Gwinners team and Intense. I read very recently that Intense will be filing bankruptcy soon.

One of the more prominent names dropped by Red Bull in recent years was Tanner Hall, who has been obviously huge for them. Being a Red Bull athlete comes with huge benefits, for example being thoroughly physically tested and receiving a custom-made training program developed by world class physicians and coaches, but it also comes with pressure and probably not all can handle it as well as others. One of the things is that they are VERY strict when it comes to branding, headwear especially, and riders need to pay attention with that. But I believe that by controlling things...

The biggest athlete I can think of that lost his wings is Tanner Hall in the ski world. He's been one of the biggest and most influential skiers in the industry (regardless of whether or not you like him as a person), so it was pretty surprising to hear when they dropped him after 11 years. I'd say that probably says a lot about the kind of guy he is to work with.

Isn't Vali Holl still on the SRAM-TLD program, or did that end too? I figured she was just moving frame sponsors and keeping everything else consistent. She could be on board a Session but not part of TFR if that were the case.

Atwill to syndicate would be cool. Have Greg shape his race form while still being Phil.
