Gwin news was definitely out of left field. That random guy hating cascade components from a few weeks ago is gonna be so pissed when he finds out lol.

It matters enough that I wouldn’t buy a Ripmo/Ripley…

Would be cool to see a link for the upcoming Norco Fluid VLT that bumped the travel up to 160. A 160/160 trail emtb under 45 pounds with the SX motor--that would be rad.
When I first heard about e-bikes, I didn't really understand their purpose. I even went so far as to think they didn't appeal to me--why would I want or need motor assistance? Like many voices in the forums, I figured e-bikes were something I'd wait to ride until I was old or unhealthy. Thankfully, I occasionally rode with some local...

I finally got a DH bike last year. I don't know why I didn't do that years ago! Worth every penny.

I’ve had the same experience. I’ll be on my third season on my Rocky Altitude Powerplay, and I have no desire to trade it in for something new. I do, however, have an itch to add a lighter weight mid power bike to the fleet to add variety to the experience. After that purchase, I think I’ll be set for...
I've been an ebiker for 4 years, 3 with the current gen2 kenevo. It's been faultless in that time. I had intended to keep it for a few more years, new or refurbished motor if necessary and a battery if the original lost noticeable range. Potential costs are all part of ownership as far as I'm concerned. If I didn't have an ebike I wouldn't be riding. I have no desire to slog round on a motorless bike these days. But the current sales were too much to resist and I've just ordered a new ebike. The kenevo is still...

I have both the Bosch cx in a crafty XR and the Brose in a Levo. the Bosch does feel more powerful in emtb mode than Brose does in turbo out of the box. But you can tune the Levo to be very close via the app.

Nice! This is what I was looking for! The reviews of the SX motor I’ve seen claim that it has remarkable power for having only 55 or 60 nM of torque, but that at high pedaling cadences it feels comparable to a full powered motor. I’m super curious and intrigued about this motor—the upcoming Norco looks like a great balance...

Figured I would pose this question again—anyone have experience with the new Bosch SX motor? Those who have ridden the CX, how customizable are the power settings using the Bosch app?
