They choose the schedule, the date, the venue and the track. Their job is run a race, if they are not able to do it, they should be fired... Other people have been able to do it for the last 30 or 40 years... I hope the juniors are at least getting a refund!!

If there was a race every weekend then perhaps it wouldn't be as big of a problem. But with only 7-8 rounds in the year they can't do this. Every race is super important, varying tracks and conditions make it more competitive, its supposed to be a WORLD Cup. The best racer in the world should be able to navigate a slippery mudder. Maybe they don't win, but they do well enough, score some points toward the overall.

As of now, I'm not planning to pay to watch WCDH next season. Gave it a chance this year. As a fan, I want to understand what's going on. Every race is more confusing. The qualie-semi-final format is a waste of time. Either make the change you want or don't -- 60 or 30. Frankly I was stoked to see a 60 rider field last week. The coverage is confusing, lacking, boring, sometimes nauseating (hello, drone footage), and rife with errors. And I'm about as done with hearing the "growing pains" "give it a chance" "it's new ownership" cheerleaders as...

Racers definitely knew that the compression was coming and those that anticipated it more then other's tended to be rear suspension heavy, in this case I though it was interesting how the fork reacted to this very particular g-out. Yes those Boxxer's are definitely flexing and if it was a completely flat drop g-out then the FOX forks would be bending the other way (refer to past g-out projects). Good observation as this was a higher speed section then I usually choose for this segment but personally I found it curious to see how each fork/rider absorbed the hit knowing...

I'm making a lot of assumptions purely from pictures taken as various points of impact but I see setups with a lot of rear suspension bottomed or nearly bottomed, and forks pretty far from bottom. Pretty much every picture, so it could just be the moment on the track, but maybe that setup is preferred? Would it be for any reason? Also, are those Boxxers flexing as much as they look like they are?
