I've ridden DH on acid. It is Definitely a performance enhancing drug. Even after I took my hands off the bars and grabbed onto the fork tubes. So fun.

Reminded of when I started racing... Neko would show up to races with his dad and Logan with their trailer. Lots of people on R9s, and Frank showing up in his van. Good times for sure. Excited to see where this goes.

I’m pretty sure Lew signed with Norco again a couple weeks ago. Maybe he’ll be on their factory team but he seems to have been signing deals with all his current sponsors like Norco and MucOff, seemingly putting together his own program again. I’m at least pretty sure he stays with Norco. He was out in BC and visited their office, you don’t do that at the end of the year if you are leaving.

millie johnset? couple other less spoken about rumors - lewis buchanan riding for a factory team again (seen teasers on insta) - adolf silva riding for yeti- or maybe just a new bike - wonder if koas will still do WC with a pretty "poor" season last year- potentially leaving FMD and doing own thing with canyon- will someone take his spot? - would specialized take luca on to the team? that would make 4 members with the addition of yankova - maybe bradley harris will get a factory ride with yeti- pinkbike academy dude idk just my 2 cents

I chatted with him this summer, also surprised at not seeing him at the races, and apparently his knee injury from a couple of seasons ago was bad enough that he is not still fully recovered. No idea if it is career ending or if he will be taking to the races this year.

Look no further than my 11 year old as an example of what sells bikes. Raised with Rampage, Crankworx and WC media coverage he stills goes back to watching old editions of his favorite events. He's a two weeks a year park rat and wants a DH bike someday. This year we let him choose his next bike and his top choices, Propain, Commencal and Trek (we intervened though and got him a Transition). He admires Gwin but has no interest in a YT or Intense. Remy's early shredits on Commencal are forever embedded in his memory and now not...

Done deal? I was curious, as he hashtagged his YT farewell instagram post with #goodtimes as the only hashtag, which is a hashtag that GT and GT riders use pretty often. Also curious if GT is going to be putting out a new Fury this year. It's ALSO GT's 50th anniversary this coming year.

This makes a lot of sense to me. Also David Trummer has been coached by Markus Pekoll in the past. Pekoll is a former MS Mondraker rider and still has links to Mondraker.
