Waiting for the snopes fact check to come out, explaining that many mountain bikers fly to various events, and FAA flight patterns require cruising altitudes of more than 3,600 feet. Therefore snopes rates this cnn article as “mostly true”

No real suspension linkage on that bike; just a pivot at the bottom and the pivot bolt at the shock. Remove the bolts and use some grease to reassemble. There are probably bearings in the frame you may need to tap out and re-grease.

This same question was raised in VitalMX. I said "no" at the time, but that's because I ride MX maybe once a month, and the fuel is only a small part of the expense. To ride MTB at my local trails is really only about 10 miles away, but to do it every weekend.... well, it's worth looking at. That's...
Adrenaline, killer suspension, and the angle of the shot probably all contribute. I bet the spot where he landed was still at the very trailing end of the downhill portion of that feature. As long as he got his rear wheel on the ground early, it's more of a slap-down landing than a huge frame-breaker. Still gnarly, though.
Any kind of racing sponsorship is difficult to activate. If they can do it for DH, they can do it for Enduro as well. If anything, I think Enduro is more relatable to the average consumer anyway; we regular Joes can imagine riding a bike up to the top of the nearest hill and bombing down, all on a bike...
I've had lawyers contact me on behalf of my medical insurance. They are looking to clean me out of a portion of any monies I may have received as a result of litigation for accidents. Look dude, I didn't sue anyone or collect any money; I just went in to get an x-ray from my MTB crash! If you ever...
Guys, it's all on you not to hit immovable objects, but it is also on the bike park facility to assume with reasonable certainly that riders can and will crash. Removing all potential problem spots may be impossible, but adding them, as in the rebar mentioned above, or the 4x4 signpost involved in Ski Bowl's lawsuit, should be done with...

^ Nic, can you run the watch by itself, without a phone paired to it? (Or with a paired phone left in the car, for instance?)

Start with hardtails with a suspension fork. Upgrade to better full-sus bikes later, if you like the sport and can afford to do so. I'd recommend something like a Vitus or a Diamondback; great spec components, not too pricey. I'm sure you can find something for your Corolla, but I don't have any personal experience with racks. Look at Thule...

If I could afford it, Factory, all the time. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference, but Kashima Koat looks cool and just knowing that it works better for someone is good enough for me. Yeah, I'm that guy.
I've only had one loss of consciousness, but that was a doozy. I was racing motocross and I came to while my friend was walking me back to the truck. I had been out for 10 minutes, and then woke up and responded to the EMTs' questions for a while before they let me go. I still wasn't aware I...

Cool bike, but that color. Ugh! It's like they hired a small team of experts and gave them $10,000 each to come up with the ugliest thing they could. This is the end result of their year-long mission to find perfection in that endeavor.
