11/22/2021 1:21pm Both are great bikes on paper. Better fork and arguably brakes on the Trek; slight advantage on the drivetrain with the Fezzari. You'll benefit from more shop support with the Trek and a better (direct to consumer) price on the Fezzari. If it were up to me, I'd go with the Trek, but I don't think you can go wrong...

9/9/2021 1:42pm Yes, you should be able to mate G2 levers to the Guide brake lines. I think G2 is just the re-branded version of Guide with the internal piston fix. I did something similar once with my old Avid Juicy brakes. To be sure, you could try bleeding the brakes one more time to see if it's just a bad bleed...

It was a few weeks out of warranty when I asked about it and they went ahead and warrantied it for me anyway. Either SRAM stood up for their product or Commencal ate it; I don't know.
