I remember hearing teams just show they changed something small every so often so the 12 months always gets pushed out. This is alot easier to do with mtb as they can show they changed kinematics via linkages and pivots. Road bikes would mean a whole new carbon mold.

The x games events in Philly in the early 2000s were some of my fondest memories from childhood. While i certainly don’t expect the craze they were in the late 90s and early 2000s it would be sweet if they got it to being a solid in person event again.

Shout out to Tom Pidcock. He’s going to podium at the Vuelta baring anything crazy tomorrow. He’s been an absolute dog all race, never once conceding. .

Someone on PB said it could be a ruse and that a "mechanical" was the reason for his mistake, rather than letting JG know he crumbled. Who knows. That fork did look kind of funny, but Loic has always ran his fork very open from my calibrated eyeballs.

Do any of you nerds have a theory on what happened with Loic’s fork on his world champs race run? He said he had a mechanical and lost all support from the front. In the video just before his crash, he bottoms it out a few times almost like he lost the spring or damper. But then looked fine after...
