7/20/2025 4:56am I’ve heard other riders discuss it as well in both regards to video submissions and preparing for the event itself. It’s really hard to ride rampage-esque features. Not many other places in the world with that terrain. Even if you can find somewhere, that’s a hell of a time and money commitment to dig and ride. All that and maybe...

7/17/2025 10:22am They were bought by private equity in 2021. It’s really become the downfall of the economy. Not just bikes.

7/14/2025 11:28am i love riding mtb in a tt position, which is ideal for flat roads not for climbing and descending hills. there's a reason they swap back out to road bike for climbing tts. I understand your point, but its irrelevant for mtb.

7/9/2025 7:23am Just listened. Stoppage affected the outcome in a manner unfair to the KNOWN nature of our sport. Hard start times establish weather as a firmly set & unarguable variable. Injury. Lightning. Valid reasons to change start times. 5-6 cameras going down should never affect the race. Also, how hard is it to relay exactly what he stated in that 1 minute clip in the post show? Why would WBD & UCI not be transparent? Issue an immediate statement to media & teams. This is professional sports?

7/7/2025 3:37pm He got up. Walked off. Then posted he was taking a heli ride. (Remarkably similar to my weekend, everyone starts freaking out when they realize you have a collapsed lung).

7/7/2025 8:24am You're dead wrong. No other live competition stops for cameras. Complete disservice to the 20 other riders who laid their lives on the line for a time. No one's making Jett Lawrence pull off track if we can't see LaRacco's Leap!!! This is yet again WBD being the worst of the worst. Final result has 6 riders from pre-rain, Vergier's course designer outlier miracle run & the rest post rain after they "postponed" the race. WBD fokked our sport again yesterday for their own greed.

7/7/2025 8:23am Oh heck yeah it was. Rain on goggles. Dusty shaded wood is a nightmare. Spectators scrabbling up/down the mountain stirring more dust than the riders would powder glaze the lightest sprinkle on goggle lens & blind instantly. As Troy SLIPS in the left/right that Bruni doubles... Rick - "Well, we're hearing some technical issues with our cameras up on the mountain caused by this weather" Carlson - "Yeah, you can see how much wetter it is up there already!" Rick - "I am hearing we're going to be suspending racing after Troy's run. Massive technical problems on the hill. Loads...

7/6/2025 3:34pm I’m a full-blown conspiracy theorist on this one. There were no perceivable problems beyond the usual glitches and missed camera-changes. Maybe an issue with a single drone? Hardly enough reason to postpone a race when so many have gone on under much worse weather conditions. Vague “major technical issues” that just so happen to coincide with the passing of the worst of the rain, lining up Jackson’s run happening under clear skies with the rainfall absorbed into the track? I’m skeptical. Can lightweight FPV drones fly in the rain? Is this an excuse that passes the straight-face test that allows...

7/6/2025 3:31pm Where do I post the comment that it was suspicious that they held up the DH race today right at top 10 in time for the storm to pass for top 5. “Technical difficulties “ with “cameras”?

7/6/2025 6:43am Pausing racing with 5 to go for tv issues. How do you explain that to a rider about to drop?

6/24/2025 12:24pm That's where I was thinking it would go as well. But that will require a larger overall change as the equalizing dimples are contained within the sleeve not the stanchion like the 36. So full overhaul with a refined chassis too? Now is even more compilated by where fox sees the 38 going in their product line with the release...

6/24/2025 12:01pm I don't know if that glide-core(?) technology in the new air spring is as necessary in the 38 because the air spring is contained in its own sleeve not the sanction. I believe the sleeve was actually fox's original solution to the binding problem the new air spring looks to solve. It obviously just weighs a bit more.

6/20/2025 7:04am snake must have bit Finn too. DNS Q2 Looks like Dak has had an issue in Q2, not registering times past split 2.
