I love my Santa Cruz Bullit ebike, but under California law, specialized is now making mopeds, not ebikes. I agree with Hans. It's disappoint to see Specialized disregard existing ebike laws and try to compete with DJI for the highest power boomer scooter. 750w is a reasonable limit for ebikes. Let's let ebike be ebikes, not mopeds or emotos.

i've always wondered the same b/c he never shows up in results. i just asked neko who replied saying that asa is out there, but he doesn't put his timing chip on and uses his gopro to analyze his sector times. i guess it's a strategy/mystery move.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who breathed a sigh of relief when Troy crossed the line green last week when it seemed like the track was getting harder as the race progressed. And while i understand the perspective of no court ruling daprela is responsible means they can’t really stop him from racing. But basically eso has pretended that there are no fairly substantiated allegations from the beginning. the way we're setup, it would mean more/unnecessary work on our end and potential for errors - two lists to add/verify/assign rider values to instead of 1. entry list may include riders who aren't not racing but it also may not include riders that register later and show up on the start list. fwiw, there's no overall season-end prize this year. prizes are given out per race.
