This is probably the best mtb suspension review I’ve ever read. Really well done. Maybe robots really are better… Sounds like a really good fork that prioritizes comfort over outright stability. Really interested to hear how the new tune works.

Had an Podium, very nice fork ! works well and inspires alot of confindence. However after leaking from pretty much the start (even after seal replacment) I switched to the 9.1. Oh boy, what a fork !!! The quality of the suspension you get is on another level and the bottom out chamber and ramp change allows alot of control ! It's not that the Podium isn't good,it's great, It just feels like a more "generic" product. The 9.1 feels more special ,more refind and higher quality.Add to the fact that it's made in the US and has easy servicing...

I may be wrong but it seems like dual 27.5" options are being offered less and less, especially in the mid-travel market. I'm stoked to see this bike, looks dope. Dig the 148 rear spacing too. Wish it was threaded BB but ya can't win them all.

if they don't hire warner, we kickstarter to get an alternative audio stream of warner. also, over the last two-three years b/c of red bull free streams, watching XC has been awesome. i never cared before, but the coverage had me tuning in. hopefully that continues as well.

If people want to bike, cool. If not, also cool. Can’t we just let that be? Are inner city basketball teams concerned about enough white kids in their leagues? If so, is there any organization around this concern? Probably not because that thought in itself is racist. Feel free to delete my comment because it isn’t currently fashionable.

11/4/2014 7:26am How there are no comments on this yet, I'll never understand. This is the one of the most compelling personal stories I've heard in a long time. There is some serious MTB history hidden in this video, and I think this was not only an exceptionally well-done interview, but also a rather brave moment on Casey's behalf for sharing (what I think is) a very personal view into her life. She kills it on the bike, and she seems like a really neat person off the bike. One of Dirt's more refined pieces to date.
