<240mm is a miss unfortunately.

I've always been curious about that 'no padding' style saddle. Never ridden one, but theoretically they could be very thin and get you the extra drop. As for noticing the extra few mm - I probably wouldn't notice the difference between 2 or 3 mm of saddle height. But often, I find I am somewhere in the middle of the 10mm increments of drop in the OneUp post. If I can get a saddle that's 10mm lower, I could go up a 10mm "shim" in the OneUp post. For me, 10mm of extra drop is definitely noticeable.

"Question: anyone measure just how much clearance is gained when the nose is pointed up?" This depends a lot on your setup. In my case, I run a compact saddle which is positioned a bit forward in the rails. As a result, there is less overhang out back, which in turns reduces the extra clearance effect as the saddle tilts backwards. With this setup I get about 20 mm of extra drop, as measured at the rearmost part of the saddle. With a longer saddle placed more in the middle of the rails, it could easily be 35 mm.

Four mates with Wu's that come on their Kenevos - all failed. Shame, as a reliable Wu with more drop would be ideal.

Specialized had the Wu, but it had a really short 115mm drop and was 34.9mm only I believe. Never really caught on. It would be sweet if Aenomoly could build an entire dropper or work with a dropper company to do an integrated version. I'd like to try one on my e-bike.

I'm afraid I have to disagree. Our upper stanchion is 26mm (vs 25m for Rerverb, Bike Yoke etc). That gives us plenty of strength to make the longest post on the market without needing the crutch of 34.9mm. It also keeps the weight about a quarter pound lighter.

that is true and i remember being skeptical of red bull after freecaster. but red bull is a privately owned company with a history of participation and investment in *action sports*. discovery+ is part of warner bros which is a publically traded company. 2 weeks ago, their stock was at $18.76. this morning it was at $13.70. maybe it'll be $50 in six months. maybe it won't. all i'm saying is there are a lot more people with input on where money goes at warner bros than red bull.

To state the obvious, a video full of stale corporate speak is intended for investors, not for users. That should tell you who their primary customer and market is, and whose needs and desires will influence decision making. Hint: it's not us.
