6/27/2022 3:17pm I appreciate the ability of corporate speak to use so many words and still be so vague and meaningless: "By combining our activities in the new structure, we are even better positioned to serve the needs of our customers in the bicycle industry." Translation: "We gave Jonas his own desk in the office, a new title, and bumped his pay 20% so he can focus on bikes instead of doing bikes and lawnmowers."

BlazersDad89 Added a reply to Tell me why headset cable routing is a good idea
6/1/2022 10:00am You get less cable rub and can get hoses out of the way more easily when running a handlebar bag for bikepacking. You won't have cables rubbing against your headtube either. My question is, when are some of the higher quality brands going to step in a release bearings that are compatible so that it's a problem you only have...

4/22/2022 1:38pm I've got about 4 years on a Fenix 5. Garmin even sent me a refurbished one at a steep discount after it died. The Garmin stuff is solid but pricey. Almost bought a Coros watch prior to Garmin replacing my dead watch though. Those look pretty nice, especially for the price.

3/25/2022 12:20pm Actually, the Shapeshifter isn't that useless. I used it a LOT on my first gen Strive. Short travel/high for climbing and flat, and long travel/low for plush downhill. It worked very well for me.

That was great. Including the explanation of Shimanos variable bite point problem. That being said, Shimano, we look forward to your rebuttal.

3/8/2022 2:35pm New Canyon Strive, will be slacker than previous. Shapeshifter looks without updates. But head tube cups are adjustable, just like latest Sender. Yout can adujst reach or even headtube angle. We'll see.

2/24/2022 7:23am Gwin seems to ride the most by him Rainbow, Greer, Lake Elsinore, Idyllwild, Crestline . I don't see a lot of him riding that trail in Laguna . Also that trail has been "illegal for a long time due to private property and they could instead wait a bottom and arrest for trespassing I will never get why people cry about that.
