Can't really argue with that. Each gen of the enduro has been rad (excl '99) vs. market competition since it came out ages and ages ago. For me the GOAT mtb is always the one you currently own if it has brakes and suspension that work properly on a regular basis.

As far as I know Shimano can't make any true wireless derailleurs because SRAM has a patent and Campagnolo has another one. SRAM patented the in-derailleur battery, effectively banning Shimano from running absolutely no wires from a junction box/battery.

does everyone feel like XT and X01 are generally "the same level" of spec? i do. how come a $1200 price difference for the XT/FOX bike compared to the SRAM/RS bike? the CRX seems like a way better price-to-spec buy than the AMP.

Is there real word difference in performance between the two forks? I've been sold on the idea that if you service a fork regularly and set it up properly, it's indistinguishable, and that a better rim and tire combo has greater effect on trail feel of the bike.

Will going back to non-headset cable routing the new threaded BB? Companies jump on the integration trend now and then in a few years some company will go back to the "old, better style" of external routing and be lauded for finally listening to the consumer and then over the next three years most companies will return to where we are now in the ever cyclic world of... Well, cycling.

Excuse me, but no one rides a aggressive Hardtail with super stiff carbon wheels and 2,25 rear tire. Especially that rear tire choice sounds like a joke or a beginner mistake.
