Thanks in advance,

the American riders showing up again, cool to see Gwin, Norton, and especiall Shaw in on round one with good times. I bet Finn is feeling some pressure after his fast timed training run.
Didn't he finish in 61st position. He hasn't had a very good year has he
Finn has had some long term nagging injury issues... And he basically reset himself to square one during that crash at like VDS I think? Nearly spinal'd himself fr (and the nagging issue was his back so... it's good that he's riding at all, I thought he might take the season off after that crash)
Vermette crushing it in qualifying, up by 0.8 over Max and 5.1 over Till. He has four 2nds and a win in his last 5 races.
Asa and Max would have qualified #2 & #3 in the elite mens.
And Aletha would have qualified #1 in elite womens.
Bummed Oli is out. Not sure if crash or mechanical.
Also bummed even though Ryder L seems to have snuck in... He got a MASSIVE cost boost so, can't take the local boy
Only 0.360 separating 1st-5th! Sick to see Myriam and Cami on top.
Women's Q2 qualifiers: Hrastnik makes it in to join Balanche in their final WC race.
Interesting Tahnee DNS'd after making it down in Q1 in a 'reasonable time'. Wonder what's gone on there...
Blewitt, Newkirk, Johnset and Seagrave don't qualify for final. (Seagrave was DNS)
Hope somebody has Evan Medcalf on their fantasy team.
Höll, Hoffmann, and Bruni remain the only riders to successfully qualify via Q1 in every race this year.
Höll has been the fastest qualifier in 5 of the 10 races.
Bruni has qualified 1st in 3 races.

Anyone got word on Pinky? Looks like he DNF’d Q1 and didn’t do Q2. Hope he’s all good.
Edit: nevermind. I’m an idiot. He’s through to finals.
I was wondering why Ed DNS Q2 and I think he may have just said 'f it, I'd rather film and have fun than try again'... Judging by the brand new video upload lol
it's so fascinating that just tenths and even hundredths are determining so many places now. richie missing the show by .156, jewett even closer, just .039 off of qualifying. top 5 elite women w/in .360 of a second. if they crossed the line at 25mph, that's 36 feet to cram in 5 riders. it's mind boggling. and on a track like MSA where it seems like so much could go wrong (or right). 5 billion rocks to hang up on and slow a rider down, but they're all SO close. tomorrow will be a great show!
I just feel bad for the riders cuz if you're a whole second off. Or 2 off. Or 5 off. It's back to the drawing board... But if you're a tenth off, and maybe missing finals from a 10th... As a rider you can think of a million places to just try to squeeze another tenth or so. But that's racing.
I feel like the top riders are consistently making it to finals. I'm not sure what the biggest upset this year was so far, I'd have to go back. So far I don't think I have complaints about the Q1/Q2 system. I do think it's 'awkward' that 20th in Q1 is often much slower than 10th in Q2... But it's still just fair. Like I don't really think doing 15/15 instead of 20/10 would change much or make the race 'better'. I'll have to look back at the most painful 11ths and 6ths this season...
Will people be mad when Thibault is on hot seat tomorrow
He can sit there, as long as Neko mentions that he 'just wasnt taking no for an answer' during his race run.
Looking at the pace of everyone in raw and others I doubt he’ll be there very long anyways.
The Canadian fans are awesome when WC comes to MSA. Here are the Canadian racers who they'll be cheering for in the finals today:
WJ: Isla O’Connor
MJ: Benny De Vall, Ryder Wilson
WE: Gracey Hemstreet
ME: Finn Iles**, Jackson Goldstone**
** Iles and Goldstone are previous winners at MSA.
Women's Juniors underway.
Rosa Zierl has posted a time more than 5 seconds faster than the fastest Women's Elite Qualifying time.
And now Eliana Hulsebosch has gone fastest by 1.3 seconds, with only Ostgaard left to finish.
Aletha Ostgaard wins by more than 1 second over Eliana Hulsebosch.
Rosa Zierl came into the race with a 50-point lead in the standings, so it looks like she takes the Women's Juniors overall (and the $0 that goes with it....) followed by Ostgaard and, I think, Eliana Hulsebosch.
Hulsebosch and Melton finished tied in points (320) but Hulsebosch takes 3rd based on the tie-breaker.
Max Alran dislocated his finger in morning practice and popped it back in by himself
Asa Vermette wins by more than 4.5 seconds.
He ends up 2nd overall, just 12 points behind Max Alran, who came back to take 4th in the race. Tyler Waite ends up 3rd overall.
Wow, are there some talented young guys heading to Elite in 2026.
I’ve done that, it’s like a reflex when you see your finger on sideways! Didn’t notice it was a compound dislocation until I pulled my glove off and could see bone.
Shorts!!!
Vali in the shorts!
The "Stevie stiff drop" Freudian slip was the most entertaining thing they've said
My goodness Hemstreet's crash was gruesome. Hope she's okay
