Yes, NZ rugby's system doesnt reward players like Carter etc anymore Aslong as they can follow orders and just stick to a plain gameplan with no flare they are automatically in the team, or if they sign a "you're Always in the AB's as long as you stay in nz regardless of form.... Just sign here..."
NZ depth at 9 and 10 suck. they also need to Allow players to play the game infront of them, this is what Prime aaron smith, carter, OG barret etc used to do.
I really felt for him. Usually if you beat Bruni, aMaury and Jackson you are going to win. Luca and Dak are just two bridesmaids

I think you are not the only one thinking like this.. the issue is that the image of the guys ("media" image of course) is the responsible for that... the truth anyone with a nat champ sleeve coming from a country with strong MTB field is a threat. They may not be able to put it together in WC, cold feet may be ?
I understand the need to keep randos from running into the corral, but they should rescind fines for family members. It's the hyper-capitalist UCI though, they likely get off on taxing spontaneous joy.

Lame but my guess is it’s because there was Luca was on course or about to be. Many instances come to mind but I don’t think the Syndicate riders were fined fir jumping the fence at La Thuile this year.
