Jackson's run as seen on the broadcast:
VPN to random small county. I think I used Tanzania and just watched in YouTube for free in UCI page.
Biz do you want the sailing the high seas link? I can DM you. (If you don't know where it is, unless you just meant you didn't have a live option.)
Use your VPN and go to Jamaica!

Jackson was pinned for sure, but using Rob and Nigel‘s 2011 commentary…? 🥴
A new video popped about 2011 came up in my feed yesterday. It’s a solid, amazing watch. I actually teared up a little bit. Best sport in the world.
Jackson's winning run POV. Absolute fucking masterclass. This kid is insanely talented.

Flosports sucks, and paying $30 to watch the race sucks. However I do not regret it since the race was phenomenal.

Appreciate everyone. Bummed that I couldn't hide from the results until I could watch it unfold & have the intensity of the racing build to something surprising.
But $30 for 1 event is no way to spend income. I eagerly await the wrath of Pay per View zealots.
I just hate that its so fragmented. To my knowledge the world cups need the 'standard' version of HBO MAX (not the basic plan)... So 17 a month from May 16 to October 12 (lets just call it 16th)... And that's if you're skipping early XC rounds.
So 17 a month and I'm sure there's some kind of fee or nonsense but I could be wrong... For 5 months. $85. Then a whoppin 30 to legit watch (ignoring VPN option) champs. While $115 a 'season' is not an abysmal value, considering the quality of production and the sense none of it goes to the riders, and teams are actually paying MORE to play da game... It feels like a robbery.
I mean hell even the UFC, the king of farming PPV content, is going Paramount+ next year. Not sure if its the 60/yr or 120/yr plan but when the most notorious PPV organization is dropping the format... It makes it look silly almost everywhere else.
I really wish mountain biking, or at least DH, would collectively do its own thing. Given that we are not an olympic sport (and there seems to be no momentum to make it so)... We shouldn't have to live under the pointless whims of the road/XC world where the financial and regulatory stakes are higher.
Hopefully someone can point out what the UCI actually provides for DH. Do they help international funding to get riders to champs? Do they support local race federations to develop young DH riders? Otherwise it seems like you could completely remove them in the off season, and run the exact same series with you know who. And nothing changes. If anything it gets better. "We'll do our own world champs... With blackjack and h-..."
Did you hate it? Hold on through a bike park with no pedaling…
Riding a bike this fast seems like an actual nightmare
I was like was he calling it from a hotel room in Whistler ? He was at breakfast at Portobello at Blackcomb Sunday morning.
All the races.

Is it just me or do we hear a little less from those dudes with every passing race? It's like even they are finding it hard to justify paying.🤣
Anyone getting max for just DH races is bonkers. I have been getting it and still get it for free from AT&T because I refuse to change my plan 😂.
new season of OMITB coming soon!
Or is that on Hulu?
Pales in comparison to the les gets edit last week
Jacksons run is mind bending but Max Alrans run is equaly inpressiv. On the mud, just 4! seconds slower
